I led the development and execution of this affiliate program, starting from the ground up. My responsibilities included identifying key affiliate partners, structuring commission models, and creating tailored marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales. A few insights from this program are:
Creative Strategies: Aligned with affiliates in the photography or planning space to lend dresses to for styled shoots. This led to a low spending efforts for social content
Exclusive promotions: Offering a promotion for sample dresses to affiliates to share led to more final purchases from customers, increase AOV by 16%
In 2024, the affiliate program had a 203% increase in revenue and 52% increase in affiliates YoY
Influencer
The biggest partnership for the brand was working with Simone to outfit her wedding. We hosted a brunch and welcomed all members of the wedding party to try on dresses and ask any questions they had about fabric, fit, and sizing.
Aside from brand awareness on social, this partnership landed great reach across press.
